  1. The controller of personal data (hereinafter referred to as PROEXPORT) within the meaning of the provision of Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (this regulation is hereinafter referred to as „RODO”) is PROEXPORT ANTONI ŻYWICKI, 1-Go PLM „Warsaw” 13/35, 05-300 Minsk Mazowiecki, NIP 822-221-47-11 - owner of the website hardchromeplate.com (hereinafter referred to as the website)

  3. Provision of personal data by visitors to the site (hereinafter referred to as Users) is voluntary, subject to the following situation:.
    • To send us a contact form we require an email address.
  4. PROEXPORT uses the IP address of a visitor's computer for technical purposes related to the servers on which the website is maintained. This address may also be used to generate statistical data such as visits to the site.
  5. Personal data is processed by PROEXPORT for:
    • PROEXPORT's fulfillment of the concluded agreement, i.e. execution of the order,
    • to respond to your inquiry via the contact form and conduct further correspondence on the matter,
  6. Users have the right to exercise their rights under the RODO and, in particular, they are entitled to:
    • The right to request access to and rectification of your personal data,
    • The right to delete or restrict processing,
    • The right to object to the processing or transfer of data to other entities,
    • The right to file a complaint with the President of the office of the supervisory authority.
  7. PROEXPORT processes personal data with the utmost care and in a manner that secures access to unauthorized persons using both technical, programmatic and organizational security methods.
  8. As a general rule, personal data is processed by PROEXPORT for the period of performance of the contract concluded with the Site User or until the User successfully objects to the processing. Due to tax and legal obligations, personal data is stored for a maximum of 6 years from the date of completion of the contract.
  9. Personal data may be transferred to entities entitled to receive such data under the law and, to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract, to companies supporting us in the performance of the service, i.e:
    • The company serving us in the field of accounting,
    • Companies that offer hosting or the ability to register a domain (necessary for the execution of the order),
    • companies that offer printing of digital designs (if you order designs for printing),
    • IP address is transferred in anonymized (encrypted) form to Google LLC for the purpose of generating statistics.
