MACHINING. COATINGS. PRECISION.
Manufacture and refurbishment of industrial components, CNC machining and surface technologies for demanding applications.
Choose Your Direction.
We'll Take Care of the Rest.
From manufacturing a new component and refurbishing an existing one to CNC machining and surface technologies. Start with the area that best matches your task.
Industrial
Components
Manufacture and refurbishment of components used in industrial machines and processes.
Hard Chrome-Plated
Rollers
Industrial rollers and cylinders selected for the specific process, function and operating conditions.
Machining
and Surface Technologies
Technologies used in manufacturing, refurbishment and preparing components for service.
MACHINING.
SURFACE.
FINAL RESULT.
We select the technology for the specific component, its geometry, condition and operating conditions. Depending on the task, the process may combine mechanical machining with surface technologies.

From Component to Finished Solution .
You can start with a drawing, a photo, an existing component or a description of the problem. We first define the requirements and then select the scope of work for the specific task.
Discuss Your Requirements
Show Us
Your Component
Provide documentation, photos, the existing component or information about its application.
We Define
Requirements
We analyze the geometry, condition of the component, material and requirements for its continued operation.
We Select
the Scope of Work
We define the machining, refurbishment or surface technology required for the task.
Execution
and Inspection
We carry out the agreed scope of work and verify the result before preparing the component for further use.
One Partner
The Entire Process.
If the task requires several stages, they can form one agreed process. The customer does not need to coordinate multiple independent contractors.
For Companies Where Quality Makes a Real Difference.
We most often work with teams responsible for production, machine uptime and the quality of working components.
We do not start by selling a specific technology. We start with the component, its function and the problem that needs to be solved.
Describe Your RequirementsWhen a new component is needed for a machine, piece of equipment or production line, the starting point may be technical documentation, an existing sample or the operating requirements of the component.
A worn shaft, roller or other component does not always need to be replaced. The starting point is an assessment of the part's condition and defining the scope of work required to prepare it for further service.
In processes using rollers and cylinders, not only the component dimensions matter, but also geometry, surface condition and repeatability in operation.
Hydraulic components operate under demanding conditions, so geometry and proper surface preparation are important. We select the scope of work for the specific component and its operating conditions.

New Component
or Refurbishment?
Not every worn component needs to be replaced, and not every part is suitable for refurbishment. The decision is based on the condition of the part, its function and the requirements for further operation.
You Need
a New Component.
The starting point may be technical documentation, an existing sample or information about the component's function and application.
Discuss a New ComponentA drawing, model, existing part or set of information sufficient to begin assessing the task.
We select the scope of work according to the component's geometry, material, function and requirements.
If required by the application, the process may also include appropriate surface preparation or a surface technology.
You Have a Component
for Refurbishment.
Surface wear, geometry changes or deterioration of the component's operating conditions do not always mean that an entirely new part is required.
Show Us Your ComponentWe first assess the component's condition and the requirements it must meet after the work is completed.
Refurbishment may require different stages of machining, surface preparation or surface technology.
We do not treat refurbishment as the right solution for every part. Each case and the feasible scope of work must first be assessed.
The Results of Our Work
Speak for Themselves.
A few reviews from clients who entrusted us with manufacturing, refurbishment or selecting a solution for components used in their processes.
We commissioned a set of glue rollers. PROEXPORT helped us select a solution for our machine, and the new rollers last significantly longer and require less frequent replacement.
We were surprised by the speed of the response. Instead of just a quotation, we received a concrete approach to the technical problem. Communication was clear and efficient.
The proposed solution improved the process and reduced problems during operation. We particularly appreciated the technical approach to the task.
Do You Have a Drawing,
a Component or a Problem?
You do not need to know which technology you need from the outset. Send documentation, photos or describe the task. That is enough to start the conversation.
