  1. The controller of personal data (hereinafter referred to as PROEXPORT) within the meaning of Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the „GDPR”) is PROEXPORT ANTONI ŻYWICKI, 1-Go PLM „Warszawa” 13/35, 05-300 Mińsk Mazowiecki, NIP 8222098222, the owner of the website hardchromeplate.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”)
  2. Please send all GDPR-related requests to info@proexport.pl.
  3. Providing personal data by visitors to the Website (hereinafter “Users”) is voluntary, subject to the following exception:
    • To submit the contact form, you must provide an email address.
  4. PROEXPORT uses the IP address of a visitor’s computer for technical purposes related to the servers on which the Website is hosted. The address may also be used to generate statistical data, such as Website traffic.
  5. PROEXPORT processes personal data for the following purposes:
    • to perform a contract concluded by PROEXPORT, e.g. to fulfil an order;
    • to respond to an enquiry submitted via the contact form and to conduct further correspondence regarding that enquiry;
  6. Users may exercise the rights granted to them under the GDPR, including in particular:
    • the right to request access to and rectification of their personal data;
    • the right to erasure of personal data or restriction of processing;
    • the right to object to processing or to the transfer of data to other entities;
    • the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  7. PROEXPORT processes personal data with due care and in a manner that prevents unauthorised access, using technical, IT and organisational security measures.
  8. As a rule, PROEXPORT processes personal data for the duration of the contract concluded with the Website User or until the User effectively objects to the processing. Due to tax and legal obligations, personal data are retained for no longer than 6 years from the date on which the contract is fully performed.
  9. Personal data may be disclosed to entities authorised to receive such data by law and, to the extent necessary to perform the contract, to companies supporting us in providing the service, including:
    • the company providing accounting services to us;
    • companies providing hosting or domain registration services (where necessary to fulfil the order);
    • companies providing printing services for digital designs (where printed designs are ordered);
    • the IP address is transmitted to Google LLC in anonymised (encrypted) form for the purpose of generating statistics.
  10. Personal data may be processed by automated means but are not subject to profiling.
